Supporting Ukrainian Publishing Resilience and Recovery Initiative

eBound has awarded SUPRR multiple grants intended to garner assistance for Ukrainian publishing now and after the war. Their mission is explained as “[SUPRR] is a call to action and is building a strong transnational community of publishers working together to match needs with resources.” (https://ceupress.com/suprr). SUPRR was created by the Central European University. SUPRR utilized these funds to hire a project manager, who supported back-end operations such as managing the website, conducting surveys and issues news reports. SUPPR helped to connect Ukrainian publishers with Polish publishers via a webinar and provided negotiation advice to individual publishers.
